Return Policy

STEP ONE: Contact Us for Returns 
Please contact our customer service team at service@tessva.com to initiate your return or exchange request.
STEP TWO: Pack Your Items Securely
Pack the item carefully and include a copy of your order information inside the package.
  • All items must be in original, unused condition with tags and labels intact;
  • Items must not have been washed, worn, ironed, or altered in any way that affects resale value.
STEP THREE: Choose Your Shipping Carrier
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels;
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date;
  • Return Shipping Fee Policy:
    • If the return is due to a product quality issue (e.g., fabric defect, stitching failure, wrong item, damage), we will reimburse your return shipping cost — please keep the shipping receipt;
    • If the return is for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, size mismatch, personal preference), you are responsible for all return shipping costs;
  • After shipping, please email a clear photo of your shipping receipt to service@tessva.com to help us track your return.
STEP FOUR: Wait for Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return conditions, we will refund the full product price (excluding original shipping fees and shipping insurance) to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically process within 5 business days;
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
  • Important Notice:
    The following apparel items are not eligible for return unless defective:
    • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear);
    • Custom-made garments (e.g., tailored dresses);
    • Hygiene-sensitive items with removed tags or compromised packaging;
    • Final-sale or clearance items explicitly marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
    Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
